Are your animatronics safe?
Safety is our top priority. Our animatronics and props are designed with child and pet safety in mind. They meet safety standards and are made with non toxic materials, ensuring worry free enjoyment for everyone during your Halloween festivities.
Do you need technical expertise?
Not at all. We've designed our animatronics to be user-friendly. Each product comes with easy to follow set up instructions and no technical expertise is required. Simply follow the steps and your animatronics will come to life, delighting your guest with their life-like movements and spooky sounds.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes. We will choose FedEx, UPS, or USPS, whichever is the fastest way to get it to you. We allow for a two to three day handling time for your package to be prepared. If you need expedited service, you have that option at checkout as well. Once your order is on it's way, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email. Make sure to check your spam mail, too, if you cannot readily locate. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package, giving you peace of mind and excitement as your Halloween items make their way to your doorstep.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer support via immediately. We'll quickly resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or a refund for the affected items. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How do I care for my items?
To ensure your masks and costumes last for future Halloweens, we recommend following our care instructions. After use, gently clean and store the masks in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. As for costumes, hand wash them using mild detergent and let them air dry or choose to professional dry clean them. Proper care will preserve the quality and longevity of your favorite Halloween accessories.
Offer custom designs?
While we have an extensive collection of ready to wear costumes and masks, we do not currently offer custom made products. However, our diverse range provides a wide selection of characters and designs to choose from, ensuring you'll find something unique and perfect for your Halloween celebration.
