Shipping & Returns
House Of Hauntz ships to all 50 States. If you choose to ship merchandise to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO, US Territories or PO Box, it will be shipped Priority Mail only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your item (s). Once we receive confirmation of your payment, your order will be handled and processed within 2-4 business days. Weekends and Holidays are not included in the number of handling days.
In peak season (October), the latter of the possible handling days is possible. Do items move before estimated handling times expire? Yes, of course. However, note that we must allow time for our warehouse to prepare the order and thus, why we have a handling time. Shipping time begins when the item leaves the warehouse.
If any issue should arise during this time, you will be contacted and informed via the email system.
Free Shipping is via standard ground. If your ship-to location is east of the Mississippi, transit time will likely be 3 business days or less. For locations west of the Mississippi, transit time will likely be 3-6 business days. Ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending upon items ordered and ship-to location (carrier cannot be pre-selected). This method is available only to ship-to locations in the continental US. Estimate does not include holidays. Ships from Charlotte, NC.
Next Business Day Shipping conditions:
- Ship to address can only be within the US 48 states;
- No PO Box ship to addresses.
- No Rural Route ship to addresses.
- Order cut off time is 12:00 P.M. Central Time.
- Not available for Canadian orders at this time.
At the time of your order, please confirm all "ship to" addresses to ensure proper delivery. If a packaged is refused, a $10 fee will be imposed for its return.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipment, then we will work with you in rectifying. Please note that we cannot claim responsibility for loss, damage or lateness due to the shipments by the carrier or incorrect shipping information. We can, however, assist you in making a claim with the carrier if needed.
Although rare, an item may occasionally be unavailable at the time of purchase due to our warehouse outlets not updating simultaneously. In the unlikely event that this happens to you, you will be informed and issued an immediate refund for the cost of the item with a sincere apology for the inconvenience.
House Of Hauntz has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers.
Simply place any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option on the shopping cart page. The item (s) will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. GlobalShopex will then contact you and confirm shipping charges before House Of Hauntz is in receipt of your order. Once you have confirmed, the order is placed and we ship the order to GlobalShopex to prepare your package internationally.
You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.

International shipping costs may vary considerably based on four factors:
- Order size & weight
- Destination country
- Shipping preference
- Duties and taxes collected by your government
Standard International Shipping
- Generally arrives w/in 8 to 15 business days.
Priority International Shipping
- Generally arrives w/in 5 to 7 business days.
All returns must be authorized, however, because we value our customers, we ask for the opportunity to rectify the situation prior to a return request being opened.
A request can be opened by logging into your account and viewing the completed order. Choose the Return Button and proceed. If the return is authorized, we will then issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and the item must be returned in it's original packaging to include materials and tags. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges unless you received a wrong item (s).
Once we have received, it must be inspected and deemed acceptable prior to any action being issued. At that time, an exchange, store credit or refund will be granted accordingly. The cost of any standard or expedited shipping charges will not be refunded if dee Note: Any outbound shipping costs to get the item to you, (to include any expedited shipping) will not be reimbursed.
We are unable to accept any returns for items worn, stained, altered, have missing parts or smoke damage. Items such as costumes, undergarments, cosmetics, latex masks, wigs, facial hair, prosthetics, placed in mouth or face, socks or shoes must be unopened due to hygiene reasons.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
